2- 45 minute practices per week
Practice days will be Monday & Wednesday 6pm-6:45pm
Parent Volunteer coaches are encouraged and must complete all mandated SHA certifications prior to December 31, 2025 to be eligible to be on the ice or behind the bench, including a Criminal Record Check this year
